STORY
I spent years in the fitness industry teaching women what to eat.
And I kept seeing the same thing: smart women who knew exactly what to do, but couldn't make it stick. They'd follow the plan perfectly for a week, then it would all fall apart. They blamed themselves. I blamed the plan.
The problem was never information. It was that nobody was teaching the second skill - how to keep going when you're tired, stressed, or your body's changed and the old rules don't work anymore.
So I built an approach that does.

What worked at 35 stops working at 45. Hunger gets unpredictable. Sleep goes sideways. The strategies that used to feel easy now feel impossible.
